Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Cohost Tech, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") provides Moodsearch (the "App") and moodsearch.com (the "Site"). This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to mood-related information, linked or reasonably linkable to you, that you provide through the App and that may be consumer health data under state law ("this information").

Analysis text or voice transcripts; follow-up answers, including free text; and the possible patterns, summaries, and notes shown in the App.

We collect inputs from you and derive the possible patterns, summaries, and notes from them.

We use this information to provide analyses, possible patterns, summaries, and notes; screen submitted text; use past summaries in later analyses; measure the Share feature with a pattern identifier; operate and protect the App; respond to requests; and comply with law. We do not permit our AI provider to use it to train its models.

We store and use this information to provide App features and send it to contracted service providers.

We disclose this information to contracted service providers to perform the uses above. They may use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell it or use or disclose it for advertising or marketing.

Third parties do not collect this information over time and across different Internet websites or online services. Limited account identifiers and App activity events may be shared with advertising and marketing analytics providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We have no affiliates.

To confirm, access, correct, withdraw consent, delete, or appeal, email privacy@moodsearch.com. You may also delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. If we deny a request, reply to appeal.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated policy in the App and on our Site, update the Effective Date, and (where required) notify you in the App before the changes take effect.
